Comfortable house and ideally placed to discover the different facets of the Pays de Retz and La Côte de Jade; its marshes, its countryside and its wild coast. This 180m² wooden frame house offers an ideal location between countryside and coastline and can accommodate up to 10 people (8 adults and 2 children).

It consists of a kitchen equipped with induction hobs as well as all the household appliances and kitchen necessities to make you feel at home; fridge - freezer, microwave, oven, capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, toaster, kettle, kettle, kettle, kettle, blender, blender, blender, multifunction food processors, wok, pressure cooker,... The living room with TV and Wi-Fi access overlooks the 40m² wooden terrace with swimming pool and the garden.

The ionized pool (without chlorine) is heated and available from June 15 to September 15. Minimum depth of 0.90m and maximum of 1.50m and equipped with a submerged beach.
You can park up to four vehicles in the property secured by an electric gate. (Two spaces are covered)
