“La Pagotière”, an old renovated 19th century farmhouse of 60m² and its 115m² garden not overlooked, is located a few steps from the first shops and at the gates of the historic center of Pornic. Atypical it has a double bedroom (140 bed) with shower room and a bench (country bed) in the living room, which can thus accommodate up to 4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. It consists of an entrance with separate WC, an equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press). The living dining room has a TV and Wi-Fi connection. Enjoy the 25m² terrace (table, chairs and deckchairs) and the intimate and fully enclosed garden.

The accommodation offers a perfect starting point for discovering the riches of the Jade Coast; 300m from Porteau Beach, the coastal path and approximately 1km on foot from the town of Sainte Marie.
This single-storey house of 40m² on a 300m² plot with a small unheated pool, open from 30 May to 13 September (2m long and 80 cm deep, chlorine-treated) has a double bedroom with TV (140 bed) accessible from the outside or inside of the house, then a second connecting room serving as a TV lounge or bedroom with a double bed (140 bed) thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.
The kitchen-dining area is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press and kitchen utensils. The shower room with WC is connecting, so it is accessible from each bedroom. For maximum comfort, an external room with a washing machine and an additional WC are at your disposal.
On the garden side, it is enclosed with options for you to relax; a 20m² wooden terrace with table, chairs, barbecue and sun awning or the second wooden terrace giving access to the pool with a small outdoor lounge and sunbeds to relax.

Take a break on "the licking wall" reference to the many consumers of the famous "La Fraiseraie Ice Creams". Further on, discover the impressive Mousseaux Tumulus, a classified megalithic site.
