“Ty Maria” is a typical house, completely renovated, measuring 50 m² on two levels. Upstairs, it has a master suite (140 new January 2024 bedding with full anti-bedbug cover, pocket spring suspensions, memory foam, 5 comfort zones + private bathroom, television and balcony) and a bedroom with a single bed and an extra bed on the mezzanine (1m high) that can accommodate up to 4 people.

"La Pagotière", an old 19th-century longère renovated to 60m² with its 115m² garden without overlooking neighbours, is located a few steps from the first shops and at the gates of Pornic's historic centre.
