Ideally located to enjoy all the activities and leisure of the seaside resort, this rental is situated in the "Le Domaine du Golf" residence, a sought-after vacation spot just 1 km from the Blue Flag-awarded "La Noëveillard" beach, the marina, bars, and restaurants.
This adjoining 28 m² house features a double bed (140 cm) on the mezzanine level and a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 4 people.
It includes an open kitchen with an induction cooktop and all the appliances you need to feel at home (refrigerator with freezer, microwave, small oven, drip coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle).
The living–dining area with TV opens onto a terrace and garden (awning currently unavailable).
A bathroom with a separate toilet completes the property.
A hairdryer, washing machine, outdoor furniture (table, electric grill, and parasol) are also available for your use.
Enjoy the residence’s swimming pool (unheated), open from June 15 to September 15.
You also have a private parking space just steps from your accommodation.
The rental is located 1 km from La Noëveillard Beach and Marina, bars, restaurants, boat excursions, and ferries to Noirmoutier (July & August).

Perfektes Haus für 2 Personen, die Einrichtung ist ziemlich neu und sehr hübsch. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Es gibt sogar einen Elektrogrill. Der Pool in der Anlage ist wunderbar sauber und sehr erfrischend. Geschäfte, Hafen und Strand sind nah undsee more
