The accommodation offers a perfect starting point for discovering the treasures of the Jade Coast; 300m from Porteau Beach, the coastal path and approximately 1km on foot from the town of Sainte Marie.

This single-storey detached house of 40m² on a 300m² plot with a small unheated swimming pool from 1st June to 30th September (2m long and 80cm deep treated with chlorine) has a double bedroom with TV (140cm bed) accessible from outside or from inside the house, then a second through room serving as a lounge-TV room or bedroom with a double bed (140cm bed) and can thus accommodate up to 4 people.

The kitchen – living room is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home; ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press and kitchen utensils. The bathroom with WC is a through room so it is accessible from each of the bedrooms. For maximum comfort, an external room with a washing machine and an additional WC are at your disposal.

On the garden side, this one is enclosed with your choice to relax; a wooden terrace of 20m² with table, chairs, barbecue and sun awning or else the second wooden terrace which gives access to the swimming pool with a small outdoor lounge and sun loungers for you to relax.

From the village of Sainte Marie, reach the Porteau cove to take the customs officers' path which borders the ocean until Montbeau beach. Reach the Marina from there, the path on the corniche leads you to the Bluebeard's Castle. Take a break on "the lèche wall" a reference to the many consumers of the famous "Ice Creams from La Fraiseraie". Further on, discover the impressive Tumulus des Mousseaux, a classified megalithic site. Be sure not to leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Mussels from Bouchots de La Plaine sur Mer and oysters from Bourgneuf bay, the delicious Galettes from "St-Michel", the equally good hot or cold "Le curé Nantais" as well as, in moderation, the local beers from "La Brigantine".

Depending on the platform used to book your stay, a deposit may be required in the form of a pre-authorisation on your bank card at the time of final payment. This amount will not be charged and will be automatically cancelled after your departure, provided that no damage has been found.

Enjoy a privileged location between sea and shops; Located within a private property in a quiet residential development, the house benefits from a private pedestrian access allowing you to reach Sablons beach in less than 5 minutes on foot. The town centre of Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer is only 500 m away. You will find all the local shops necessary for your stay: bakery, supermarket with butcher's counter, restaurants, delicatessen, bars and local market.

The "L'Océanou" house can accommodate up to 4 people and features a double bedroom (140cm bed) and a sofa bed. It offers an open-plan kitchen equipped with hobs, an oven and all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home; fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press and kitchen utensils. The small lounge with table, television and wifi provides access to a 15m² terrace with teak outdoor furniture and electric plancha. A bathroom and independent WC complete the rental. A hairdryer and washing machine are also at your disposal. You have two private parking spaces within the property secured by an electric gate.
Also enjoy the boules court in the main garden, kindly made available by the owners. Please take care of it!
