"Ty Maria" is a typical house, fully renovated, measuring 50 m² over two levels and able to accommodate up to 4 people.
It has on the upper floor two bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with a private bathroom, a toilet, a television and a small balcony.
On the ground floor the open-plan kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a cafetière, a toaster, a citrus press, a blender, a kettle and all necessary kitchen equipment. The lounge-dining room has a television and WIFI connection with fibre. An additional bathroom and an independent toilet complete this level.

Enjoy the intimate terrace with no overlooking neighbours, equipped with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Also at your disposal: a hairdryer, a shopping trolley and childcare equipment (high chair and travel cot).

"La Pagotière", a renovated 19th-century long house of 60m² and its 115m² garden with no overlooking neighbours, is located just a few steps from the first shops and at the gates of Pornic's historic centre and can accommodate up to 4 travellers.

On the sleeping side, the accommodation has a bedroom equipped with a double bed with access to its shower room. A trundle bed is available and can accommodate up to 2 travellers (ideal for 2 children or teenagers). The house comprises an entrance with independent WC, an equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus press). The lounge dining room has a TV and Wi-Fi connection. Enjoy the 25m² terrace (table, chairs and sun loungers and electric plancha) and the intimate and fully enclosed garden.
