Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed and tree-lined garden, perfect for sharing moments of relaxation in complete peace and quiet. A beautiful 40 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture, a table and an electric barbecue will allow you to enjoy good meals in the open air and make the most of long summer evenings.
As soon as you enter the house, you will discover a vast, warm and bright living space. The lounge, furnished with a comfortable sofa, several armchairs, a decorative stove and a television, invites you to relax after a day by the seaside. The adjoining dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 10 guests to share delicious meals in a convivial atmosphere. The American kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee makers and Nespresso, toaster, kettle, food processor, raclette and fondue sets and everything you need to cook as at home. An office with sofa completes the ground floor, offering a calm and comfortable space, ideal for remote working or a quiet reading moment. An independent toilet is also present at this level.
On the night side, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms spread over two floors:
- Bedroom 1 (1st floor): one King Size bed (180x200), one single bed (90x200)
- Bedroom 2 (1st floor): one King Size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 3 (1st floor): one King Size bed (180x200), one travel cot in a small adjoining room
- Bedroom 4 (2nd floor under eaves): one King Size bed (180x200) and one single bed (90x200)
On the 1st floor, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC completes the first floor whilst a shower room with shower and a WC complete the second floor.
Two parking spaces outside are available, one on the property of the house and the other in front of the house gate.
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washer dryer, an iron and a hair dryer.
