Spend your summer holidays with family or friends in one of the oldest seaside resorts on the Jade Coast. Where dolce far niente, rock pooling, walking along the coastal path, hiking inland, water sports and other outdoor leisure activities will delight young and old.
Préfailles has managed to preserve its natural assets and architectural charm. You will discover along the narrow streets or along the rocky coast numerous 1900 villas with incomparable architectural styles, those called here "The Ladies of the Coast" as they are part of the history of this small seaside town.
These "Ladies of Préfailles" are located only 200 m from the village, shops, bars and restaurants and 400m from the seafront and beaches.

Villa St Michel is 136m² on a closed and secure garden hidden from view, measuring 320m², and can accommodate up to 7 adults and 1 child. This beautiful tree-lined garden is furnished with a table and chairs, a charcoal barbecue for your outdoor meals, and sun loungers to enjoy the summer sunshine.

The house consists of an independent kitchen, equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: fridge-freezers, induction hobs, microwave, oven, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and multi-function robot. The dining room will invite you to share a friendly moment around a delicious meal, while the living room will allow you to relax on its comfortable sofas and armchairs and in front of its comforting wood stove. The ground floor also houses a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) as well as a bathroom with WC.
Upstairs you will find a second bedroom with two single beds (90x190), a third with bunk beds (90x190) and a double bedroom (140x190). A bathroom, an independent WC and a TV lounge / games room / library complete this floor.

For maximum comfort, a travel cot, a high chair are made available to you, and you will find in the garage a washing machine, tumble dryer, a table with its ironing board. You can also secure your bicycles and other paddleboards there. On the secure grounds of the house, you can park up to 2 cars. For additional spaces, the town centre car parks are just a stone's throw away.
