Enjoy an extended weekend or family or friends' holiday by staying in the old village ballroom from 1897. Renamed La Raquette and now a vast Villa and its outbuildings of over 300m² on a closed and secure plot of 1200 m². able to accommodate up to 12 adults and 1 child.
Located in the heart of the picturesque alleyways of the village of Préfailles, just a few steps from the beach, bike rental shops, bakeries, cafés and restaurants. This holiday rental property, in order of viewing, comprises
From a main house composed of a single storey, an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances so that you feel at home (gas cooker and electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee maker and nespresso capsules, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and much more). A semi-open dining room overlooking a large TV lounge-wifi opening onto the terrace and garden. Along the long corridor you will find an independent toilet, an independent bathroom, an independent games room with table games (games available) with bed (1x90), a bedroom with bunk beds (2x90) and a master suite (1x180) with an ensuite bathroom, a dressing room and an independent toilet.
