Come to this fully renovated house in Saint-Armel to enjoy peace and quiet and the sea air with family or friends. Just a stone's throw from the Gulf, you will be able to easily enjoy swimming, strolling and discovering the salt marshes and Tascon Island located in the immediate vicinity of this charming residence.
The house has a south-facing terrace (awning and canopy) where you will love to gather to enjoy a good breakfast, sunbathe, or have a refreshing aperitif accompanied by good grilled food. The terrace is equipped with a water point for returns from the beach, a gas plancha, a table and 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers and 2 deckchairs, to enjoy the flowering garden.

The house can accommodate up to 4 people, it is divided into two storeys. On the ground floor, you will find the living space, with a lounge, a comfortable corner where you can settle on one of two sofas to enjoy some television time (DVD player) or a fire with its pellet stove. You will find the kitchen-dining room space. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped (gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle). You will enjoy gathering there to prepare delicious meals and then share them at the dining table.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, with new bedding and both benefiting from an adjoining bathroom, each equipped with a hairdryer. The first will be ideal for a couple or parents with its large double bed (160x200) and the second can accommodate another pair or children with its two single beds (80x190). A space is also arranged so that children can gather there to read and have fun.

Finally, for maximum comfort, you will find a third bathroom on the ground floor, ideal for rinsing off sand when returning from the beach.
