This house with an unfenced garden on a 790m² plot has been recently renovated and the lower level is not habitable. You access your accommodation via a staircase serving a living space of 90m². It has a double bedroom (160 bed) and upstairs two bedrooms (140 bed and two 90 beds) under the roof that can accommodate up to 6 people.
The house consists of a TV lounge with WIFI access and office corner. An open fitted kitchen overlooking the dining room and equipped with everything necessary to make you feel at home; gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. An independent WC and a complete shower room complete the rental. For maximum comfort you have a washing machine, a hair dryer, outdoor furniture (tables, garden chairs, outdoor lounge, electric plancha, two sunbeds) and a bike storage room.

- 200 m from the first shops (pharmacy, tobacco bar, bread depot, convenience store, bicycle rental)
- 700 m from the largest Quad circuit in the region and Segway rental
- 1 km from the "Pier" and the famous "Ocean Serpent" (restaurant, carpooling area, boat launch ramp, Maritime Museum, sea scooter rental)
- 1 km from the "Saint Brévin – Les Pins" Centre, grocery stores, bakeries, chocolate artisan, bars, restaurants and its large market every Sunday and Thursday

Pour la cuisine, quelques couverts supplémentaires ne seraient pas de refus, ils pourraient aussi être plus qualitatifs/costauds. Couteaux à steak, petite passoire et saladier ou plats creux suppl., cuillère écumoire ou pince à spaghettis pourraient see more
