Stay in Saint Brevin Les Pins, La Villa Valmar welcomes you in the heart of the Rochelets district. Whether you enjoy relaxing or windsurfing, catamaran and kitesurfing, prepare your flip-flops, swimsuits and towels, the beach is 300 m away.
This renovated single-storey family home is 105m² on a wooded enclosed plot of 900 m². It has 4 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with single beds (recent mattresses) for a maximum capacity of 8 people.
The independent kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and all the necessary appliances so you feel at home (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, filter and capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle). The dining room opens onto the garden and is equipped with a TV and WIFI connection (Fibre network). Two bathrooms complete the house.
For maximum comfort, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue are installed on the large terrace shaded by an electric awning.
You can park up to three vehicles on the enclosed and secure grounds of the house.
The accommodation, situated in the pines, is located at:
