Able to accommodate up to 8 people, it has two double rooms (160 beds), a double room (140 bed) in the mezzanine located above the dining room and then a cosy double room (140 bed) accessible by a small staircase. The open kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter and capsule coffee maker (DOLCE GUSTO), toaster, kettle, citrus press. The dining room - living room overlooks the garden without overlooking and fenced. A TV-Wi-Fi lounge, a bathroom and an independent WC complete the rental. For maximum comfort, the rental has three private parking spaces, a washing machine and a separate freezer.

Located just 200m from the seafront and 450m from the town with shops, local market, bars and restaurants, this late 19th-century bourgeois house of 220m² carries the very special charm of seaside villas of its time, all on an enclosed plot of 1100 m² and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The house consists on the ground floor of an independent and equipped kitchen with electric and gas hobs, a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, citrus press, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen equipment. A dining room, TV lounge, bathroom and two double bedrooms (140 beds) complete this level.

The upstairs has a room with two 140 double beds and toilet-WC. Then a dormitory with three single 90 beds (AVAILABLE FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER). In the basement, you have a double room (140 bed). A shower cabin and independent WC accessible through the garage complete the rental.

At your disposal are an additional small refrigerator, hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue. You have four outdoor parking spaces.
