The Villa "Les Pins" is in harmony with the seaside houses of the resort. Located 300m from the large beach of "L'Océan" in the city centre of "Saint Brévin L'Océan", just a stone's throw from shops, casino, spa, bars, restaurants and fairground rides during the high season. With an area of 166m2, in the heart of a 900m² enclosed ground shaded by pine trees, it has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people.

It has a double room (140 bed) on the ground floor and then upstairs two double rooms (140 bed), a room with two pull-out beds and a suite (160 double bed) with bathroom, WC and balcony.
The independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and kitchen robots.
The living-dining room has a smart TV and WIFI connection. Decorative fireplace and not available during your stay.
A bathroom and a bathroom, both independent, complete the house.
For maximum comfort, the laundry room is equipped with an additional refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, childcare equipment (travel cot, high chair and booster), fan, table and ironing board. Garden tables with chairs, an electric plancha and a ping pong table are also available.

Hop on your bike, heading to Pornic via the "VélOdyssée" route. Stop to say hello to the famous Ocean Serpent, a work by artist Huang Yong Ping, part of the "Estuaire Trail". Check the tide times as the reptile only reveals itself when the sea is low. On the way, take the opportunity to stop for a dip in one of the many coves along the route.
