A bathroom and an independent toilet complete the rental. This 90m² house of recent construction, located only 500m from the beach, has two double bedrooms on the upper floor (recent 2024 bedding with a 140 bed and two 90 beds) and a home office space with a sofa bed on the ground floor, thus able to accommodate up to 5 people.

"L'Estuaire" is a terraced house of 45m² with an unfenced private garden, two double bedrooms and a sofa bed with two sleeping spaces that can accommodate up to 6 people.
