Located just 350m from the beach and the Ocean district, with its shops, casino, bars and restaurants, "GAI BABIL" is the house of our grandparents where nostalgia and vintage style blend. This Brévinoise built in 1930 is 95m² on a closed and tree-lined plot of 680m². The house has 4 bedrooms (2 double beds of 140 + 4 single beds of 90), including one through room and one located in a studio adjacent to the house, thus able to accommodate up to 6 people.
The independent kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle etc. ... The dining room-living room (fireplace not available) gives access to the terrace overlooking the garden and is equipped with a TV and WIFI connection.
