This 100m² house, warm and well-designed, can accommodate up to 8 people. You enter directly into the living area, bathed in natural light. The lounge and dining room offer a convivial and warm space with its beautiful decorative fireplace (non-functional), perfect for gathering over an aperitif or a good meal. From this room, you have direct access to the enclosed garden, conducive to moments of relaxation in the open air. A terrace furnished with garden tables and a plancha will allow you to enjoy your meals in the sun or read peacefully in the shade of a parasol.

Next to the lounge, an independent kitchen awaits you with all the necessary equipment to prepare your favourite dishes: refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you may need. An adjoining laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, completes this functional space.
On the sleeping side, the house comprises four comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located in an adjoining annex accessible via the courtyard: a first one with a Queen Size bed (160x200), followed by a shower room with shower, then a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190). The other two bedrooms are on the main floor, accessible via the lounge staircase: one with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and the other with two bunk beds (90x190), ideal for children. A bathroom with bathtub completes this floor to offer you optimal comfort.

For your convenience, you can store up to 8 bicycles safely inside the accommodation. Although this rental does not have a dedicated parking space, you can park for free on a public car park 100 m from the house.

Welcome to Saint-Clément-des-Baleines, in this charming family home of 160 m², ideally situated just a few steps from Conche beach and the famous Phare des Baleines. Spacious, comfortable and fully equipped, it welcomes up to 8 people for an unforgettable stay on the Île de Ré, between ocean, nature and relaxation.

Outside, enjoy a large fully enclosed garden and a 50 m² terrace inviting you to relax and dine al fresco. Children can play there safely whilst adults enjoy an aperitif in the sun.

From the entrance, the beautiful living space bathed in light invites you to conviviality. On the left, a warm lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs, its television and a beautiful fireplace ideal for warming yourself by the fire during cooler winter evenings (wood is provided in the rental). On the right, a bright dining room faces the large bay windows overlooking the terrace and the vast wooded garden. To the right of the living space, the semi-open, modern and functional kitchen is equipped with everything you need: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

On the night side, the house has two bedrooms on the ground floor: a bedroom with a Queen-Size bed (160x200) and a bedroom with two single beds (80x190) that can be converted into a Queen Size bed (160x190). At this level, you will also find a shower room with shower and WC, as well as a separate WC.
On the upper floor, two additional bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (80x190) that can be converted into a Queen Size bed (160x190), complete the sleeping area. A bathroom with bathtub and WC, as well as a separate WC, are also at your disposal for added comfort. At this level, a reading corner has been set up on the landing to allow you to enjoy a moment of peace. A door will allow you to access a second terrace outside, where a small garden lounge awaits you to enjoy the sweeping views over the garden.

For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine, an iron and a garage in the same building with two parking spaces.
