Completely renovated, it elegantly combines the charm of the old and modern equipment. You will also be won over by its large courtyard and its magnificent fig tree. A stone's throw from the most beautiful beaches, typical markets and bike paths, this pied à terre is perfect for an excellent stay with family or friends.
This welcoming 90 m² accommodation has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. The rental has a 65 m² courtyard with its garden furniture (table for 6 people + umbrella) and its charcoal barbecue. You can park your vehicle in front of the apartment on a parking space. Your bikes can be safely parked in the courtyard of the accommodation. Within the house itself, you will find a washing machine, a dryer, a dryer, a washing machine, a dryer, a television and wifi access (fiber)... As for the kitchen open to the dining room, it is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave/oven, a toaster, a kettle...
