The ground floor opens onto a beautiful, bright and well-arranged living space. On the left, a cosy lounge with sofas, armchairs and television invites you to relax after a day at the beach. In the centre, a large dining table faces the bay window overlooking the terrace, perfect for meals in a convivial atmosphere. On the right, a modern open-plan kitchen awaits you, fully equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juice press and all the utensils necessary for your culinary preparations. At the back of the house there is a bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of three comfortable bedrooms: a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a bedroom with a single bed (90x190), and a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190). Ideal for a family with children or to welcome friends with complete independence.
For added comfort, you will also find a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, a fan and a parking space in front of the house.
