Fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 4 people, it offers a lovely view of the garden, ideal for fully enjoying the mildness of the Black Périgord.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, perfect for sharing moments of relaxation in the open air. The garden furniture as well as the barbecue will allow you to enjoy good convivial meals during beautiful sunny days.
Inside, you will enter directly into a beautiful, warm and welcoming living space. The lounge area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a television, invites you to relax after a day of exploration. On the other side of the room, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 4 guests to share your meals in a friendly atmosphere. The open-plan American kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped: ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster as well as everything you need to cook as if you were at home.
On the night side, the house has 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 (first floor): a double bed (140x190)
A bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower and hairdryer is at your disposal on the ground floor, as well as a separate toilet.
Two parking spaces are available in the garden, secured by a gate.
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine.
