This comfortable 140 m² accommodation can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. It has 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a television, as well as a double sofa bed in the mezzanine upstairs.
Furthermore, it has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with induction hob, where you will find a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a deep fryer, a toaster and a kettle.
Its very bright living room gives you access to the internet, and the opportunity to rest peacefully whilst watching television.
However, when one thinks of holidays one thinks of sunshine and barbecue, so between two skewers treat yourself to the swimming pool and its very friendly garden.

You will also enjoy a private garden, perfect for your outdoor meals, moments of relaxation, or even naps in the sun.
The house benefits from an ideal location, only 1 km from the beach. You can thus easily cool off and enjoy the pleasures of the sea throughout the summer.

Upon your arrival, you will discover a warm living room space, equipped with a sofa and a fireplace, ideal for enjoying your winter evenings. Books and games are available for young and old as needed. Continuing on, a convivial dining table will allow you to share your meals, adjoining a fully equipped open kitchen.
You will find everything you need for cooking as well as a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso. The kitchen opens directly onto the garden through a large bay window, for even more light. A bathroom is also located on the ground floor.

The night space consists of three bedrooms upstairs and one on the ground floor. Two of them are equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a third has a double bed (140x190), and the last one is fitted with two single beds (90x190).

For your comfort, a washing machine, an iron and a hair dryer are also at your disposal.

All childcare equipment (high chair, travel cot, potty seat and safety gate) are also at your disposal.
