Welcome to Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys, just 500 metres from Rohu and Govelins beaches, where this brand new, fully equipped house welcomes you for a family or friends' holiday. Its enclosed garden with terrace and barbecue invites you to share convivial moments in the open air, whilst a bedroom upstairs offers a balcony with a beautiful sea view. Fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 10 travellers. In a quiet corner, close to the ocean, you will enjoy a rejuvenating stay between swimming, water activities and seaside walks.
Pass through the front door and discover a large, bright living space opening onto the terrace and garden. The modern, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker and a Nespresso are at your disposal. Share your meals around the large dining table for 10 people or, on fine days, enjoy the one installed on the terrace. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the television.
The accommodation has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed, travel cot, wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Upstairs, a master suite with a King Size bed (180x200 cm), en-suite shower room and balcony with sea view, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a bedroom equipped with a bunk bed, a single bed (90x190 cm) and a trundle bed.
A shared bathroom with a bathtub and hair dryer is also located on the upper floor. The accommodation has 2 separate toilets.
A washing machine is located in the laundry room and a baby cot as well as a high chair are at your disposal.
You will have 2 parking spaces in the courtyard of the accommodation.
