Welcome to this beautiful holiday home, the ideal place to relax, enjoy the beach, go to the market and do all the other activities you love to do during your stays. 600 metres from the large beach of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, you are well located: close to the Ocean and in the peaceful setting of the seaside resort in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Outside, you have a garden and a terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers for sunbathing, sleeping, reading, or any other activity that could help you relax!
When you enter the house, you discover a comfortable living room / dining room with a television. Through the opening, you then arrive in the fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, microwave, mini oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and all the utensils you may need.
On the sleeping side, the house has two bedrooms in a row (you have to go through one to get to the other) and two bathrooms with shower, one of which has a WC. A separate WC is also available in the accommodation for added convenience.
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine, a radio and a private parking space.

In a magnificent tree-lined garden of over 1000 m², part of this charming little house welcomes you with friends or family.
