Outside, you will enjoy a small enclosed garden and a beautiful 40 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture. Also featuring an electric plancha, this space will be perfect for sharing grilled food during long summer evenings.
Inside, you will discover upon arrival a warm and bright living space. The lounge area, furnished with a comfortable sofa and a television, invites you to relax. The adjoining dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 5 guests to share good times with family or friends. The open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as at home.
On the upper floor, a second lounge with television offers additional space to gather together or enjoy a moment of peace.
