Designed to accommodate 5 people, you will appreciate its ideal location between sea and forest, as well as its proximity to three amusement parks open during the summer season. A setting that will make children dream!
On the ground floor, you will discover a large living space. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob for preparing delicious meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to make life easier for you. For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker as well as a Senseo pod machine will allow you to start the day well. Numerous accessories and culinary aids will make meal preparation child's play.
The kitchen opens onto the dining room and also overlooks the terrace, where garden furniture and the barbecue await you for delicious grilling in the sun. You will also find sun loungers there for moments of relaxation or reading in the open air.
In the living room, enjoy the lounge to gather comfortably on the sofa. An independent toilet is also located on this level.
On the upper floor, two bedrooms welcome you for your nights. The first bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed (160/200), while the second has a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom (140/190) and a single bed at the top. A lovely bathroom with a large shower completes this space.
For added comfort, you will have a hairdryer in the bathroom, a washing machine in the kitchen, as well as a private parking space.

In this residential neighbourhood, discover this beautiful hoomy house ideal for 4 people. Completely renovated (except the shower room), its new decoration is appealing, calling for calm and rest. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the lounge, which itself opens onto the outside, it's so enjoyable.
