This house is located very close to Pège beach, you will be able to walk to swim and sunbathe. Moreover, you will be between Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and Saint-Jean-de-Monts, make the most of it and take your bike to discover the beautiful Vendée coast. The house invites you to relax, its enclosed garden invites you to stroll through it. Take advantage of this outdoor space to: sunbathe on a lounger, do crosswords, sip a nice fresh juice whilst the children play safely. Then in the evening, you can gather on the terrace around good grilled food accompanied by a nice summer salad.
This 107 m² accommodation is soothing thanks to its light colours and brightness. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster and kettle) opening onto a large dining room where you can gather for breakfast. This space is very bright and completely tiled for maximum cleanliness. Then you will find the lounge, a place of entertainment where you can watch a film on TV, read, play a board game or challenge each other at table football. As you will have understood, the house is ideal for holidays with family or friends, it can accommodate up to 8 people and has 3 bedrooms. The first two are cosy nests equipped with a double bed to snuggle into after a long day and the last bedroom is ideal for children or teenagers, you will find a three-person bunk bed and a single bed.

Très agréable séjour. Logement très spacieux. Cuisine très bien équipée. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le baby-foot. La salle de bain est spacieuse et la buanderie est très pratique. L'escalier est un peu raide.
