Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, perfect for letting children play in complete peace. A 20 m² terrace fitted with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to share good meals outdoors and fully enjoy sunny days.
Inside, entry to the house is via the first floor through a veranda, a true asset of the accommodation. Bright and welcoming, it has a table that can accommodate up to 6 people for family meals or with friends. You will then access the living room, consisting of a sofa and a small television, ideal for relaxation moments after the beach. The American kitchen, located nearby and operating on gas, is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook as at home.
At night, the house has 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (80x190)
