Less than 3 km from the beach, the embankment and the Estacade, you will be able to fully enjoy the fine weather and go on trips to discover the town and its region.
Upon arrival at this single-storey house, you will discover the large living area with its lounge corner comprising a sofa, a television, a table football game and a stove (decorative only). Just next to it, you will find a large convivial dining table with a view and access to the garden. You will also find the open and fully equipped kitchen. It has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a **filter coffee maker and a Senseo**, a raclette machine as well as a fondue machine, a hot dog maker, as well as a toasted sandwich maker…
The house has 3 bedrooms:
