La communication, nous avons dû relancer plusieurs fois afin d’avoir des nouvelles du concierge, nous n’avons également pas reçu la newsletter que nous devions recevoir quelques jours avant. Au prix de la location, les draps devraient être offerts, 1see more

Au prix de la location, les draps devraient être offerts, 15€ la paire de draps, cela fait un surcoût. Derniers point, lorsque nous louons une maison avec prestation piscine, il n’est pas correct que la personne en charge de la piscine intervienne lorsque nous sommes en location, de plus dans la piscine, pour un problème déjà connu. Nous avons reçu un sms deux heures après que la personne soit arrivée pour nous informer de son intervention.
