The kitchen, independent but with a window overlooking the dining room, is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. Behind the kitchen, a comfortable living area with a sofa and two armchairs invites you to moments of relaxation with family or friends. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and a toilet. The first is a large bedroom equipped with a double bed 140x190 cm and a wardrobe. The second, more intimate, also has a double bed 140x190 cm.
For more comfort, a washing machine, discreetly installed behind the curtains facing the kitchen, is available to you throughout your stay.
You will benefit from two private parking spaces in the housing courtyard. The garage is also accessible if you wish to store bicycles there.
