Perfectly located, it allows you to walk to local shops, restaurants, bicycle and canoe rentals to explore the Vézère Valley. Fully equipped and ideal for accommodating up to 5 people, the house offers all the necessary comfort for a family or friends' stay. Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant courtyard with a barbecue, perfect for summer meals after a day of walks, swimming or visiting the many historical sites in the region.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a large, warm living space, open to the outdoor courtyard. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave) and offers you everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine are at your disposal. You can share your meals around the dining table for 5 people. In the evening, relax in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the television.
On the first floor are two large bedrooms:
- The first is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm), a desk and a wardrobe.
- The second also has a double bed (140x190 cm) as well as a single bed (90x190 cm), ideal for a family.
The bathroom, also on the same floor, includes an Italian shower and a toilet.
A washing machine and a tumble dryer are at your disposal at the back of the house.
You will be able to stop in front of the house to unload your belongings, but parking is done on the public car park located approximately 300 metres from the accommodation.

Discover this charming holiday home, overlooking the Vézère valley, consisting of a main house and a tower. Nestled on the hillside, it offers privileged access to the magnificent village of Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, where you will find excellent restaurants, cafés overlooking the river and the possibility of renting a canoe to explore the region. Nearby, Sarlat, Périgueux and the new International Lascaux Centre will enrich your stay with cultural and historical discoveries.
Able to accommodate up to 6 people, the house has a bedroom in the main building and three others in the tower. Two of these rooms are interconnecting and linked by a staircase.
Outside, let yourself be charmed by a magnificent landscaped garden and a superb swimming pool measuring 9m x 4m, with a depth of 1.5m. All around, an equipped beach invites you to relax, with comfortable loungers and parasols to savour every moment in the sun. Perfect for recharging in complete tranquillity, the pool is accessible from mid-June to mid-September.
