Welcome to Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, one of the most beautiful villages in Dordogne, where this charming furnished house awaits you in the heart of the town centre. Perfectly situated, it allows you to enjoy on foot the local shops, restaurants, bike and canoe rentals to discover the Vézère valley. Fully equipped and ideal for welcoming up to 5 people, the house offers all the comfort necessary for a stay with family or friends. Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant courtyard with a barbecue, ideal for summer meals after a day of walks, swimming or visiting the many historical sites in the region.
Pass through the front door and discover a large, warm living space, opening onto the outside courtyard. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave) and provides you with everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine are at your disposal. You can share your meals around the dining table for 5 people. In the evening, relax in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the television.
On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms:
- The first is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm), a desk and a wardrobe.
- The second also has a double bed (140x190 cm) as well as a single bed (90x190 cm), ideal for a family.
The bathroom, also on the upper floor, includes a walk-in shower and a toilet.
A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available to you at the back of the house.
You will be able to stop in front of the house to unload your belongings, but parking is in the public car park located approximately 300 metres from the accommodation.
