Perfectly located, it allows you to walk to local shops, restaurants, bicycle and canoe rentals to explore the Vézère Valley. Fully equipped and ideal for accommodating up to 5 people, the house offers all the necessary comfort for a stay with family or friends. Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant courtyard with a barbecue, perfect for summer meals after a day of walks, swimming or visiting the many historical sites in the region.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a large, warm living space, open to the outdoor courtyard. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave) and offers you everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine are at your disposal. You can share your meals around the dining table for 5 people. In the evening, relax in the living area, comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the television.
On the first floor there are two large bedrooms:
- The first is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm), a desk and a wardrobe.
- The second also has a double bed (140x190 cm) as well as a single bed (90x190 cm), ideal for a family.
The bathroom, also on the same floor, includes a walk-in shower and a toilet.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal at the back of the house.
You will be able to stop in front of the house to unload your belongings, but parking is done on the public car park located approximately 300 metres from the accommodation.
