Push open the entrance door of the house and you discover a small entrance hallway. On your right, a water room with WC and a large entrance cupboard to deposit your personal belongings, and on your left, a door leading to the garage. Moving forward, you will access the beautiful and friendly living space: a comfortably furnished living room invites you to settle in to share a moment with family or watch a film on television. Just behind the sofa, a large dining table will allow you to enjoy your meals together while enjoying the view of the garden through the large bay window located just next to it.
The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen has a central island for cooking in complete conviviality: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of three comfortable bedrooms: the first, on the right, has a Queen Size bed (160x200cm). The next two bedrooms, located on the left side, are each equipped with two single beds (90x190), ideal for accommodating children or friends. A bathroom with a washing machine is also located on this level, as well as an independent toilet at the end of the corridor.

Welcome to this beautiful family house "Pavillon d'Emeraude" in Saint-Lunaire. Recently built, this modern house is located in a quiet residential area 2 km from the first beaches of Saint-Lunaire. The accommodation features a terrace with an unobstructed view and a large garden.
