Located on the perimeter of Bois Roy and its fitness trail and just a few steps from the sea, beaches and the town of Saint-Michel, (church, markets, delicatessen, bakery, cinema, biscuit factory, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, newsagent café bar and restaurants).

This fully renovated 110m² house on a enclosed plot of 400m² features on the ground floor a double bedroom (160) and on the upper floor a trundle bed on the landing (80-160), a double bedroom (160) and a twin bedroom (2x80) that can accommodate up to 8 people.

The living area consists of a TV lounge space with WiFi connection, a brand new open-plan kitchen (6/2023) equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home (hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle). A veranda dining room, overlooking a future large terrace (10/2023). A bathroom with walk-in shower, anti-fog mirror, hairdryer, a utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, and a separate toilet. A bathroom with suspended toilet and anti-fog mirror completes the first floor.

For winter evenings, the house is entirely heated by a pellet stove, with pellets provided.

For maximum comfort, you can secure your bicycles or park up to 2 cars on the enclosed grounds and additional free public parking spaces are available in front of the house. A charcoal barbecue and lounge furniture are provided.

Located in the Village of the Dunes, quiet and residential, 300m from La Roussellerie beach and the Pierre attelée forest.

This timber-framed house, literally perched on one of the highest dunes, overlooking the entire neighbourhood, from the forest to the sea, will charm up to 8 people.

After climbing the steps (32) perfectly integrated into the landscape leading to the house, you will enter a comfortable living room, completely open onto the terrace. It comprises a lounge area with WiFi, board games and wood-burning stove, a dining area overlooking the terrace and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: induction hob, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle and much more. An adjoining utility room is available, with fridge-freezer, dishwasher and storage space.

On the night side, you will find 2 double bedrooms (2x140) and a bedroom with a detachable pull-out bed that cannot be aligned (2x90). Upstairs, another double bedroom (1x160) with sea view. A bathroom with walk-in shower and an independent toilet complete this holiday rental.

For maximum comfort, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, a parasol, a high chair and a travel cot are provided.

You will enjoy a small lookout for two people located at the top of the dune and can park up to 2 cars at the foot of the house.
