Description
        With family or friends, bring bikes, flip-flops and towels to visit southern Brittany. Cross the longest bridge in France to discover the 43 km of coastline of the Côte de Jade. Let yourself be guided by the smell of cooking the famous “Galettes Saint Michel” and put your bags in the city most famous for its cookies, Saint Michel Chef Chef. 
Don't tell anyone, the fisheries from Tharon-Plage to Saint Michel are in the top 3 of the best sunset spots on the coast, you will surely leave with the most beautiful vacation photos, the sun setting in summer and winter in the sea in front of the Villa,
Located facing the sea and the beach of Comberge as well as the VéloCéan bike path, Villa Roy is a large charming U-shaped house of 350m² on an enclosed and secure plot of more than 2000m². that can accommodate 12 guests.
It consists of an entrance with dressing room and a sleeping area (90) hidden by a curtain, dividing the North wing on the left and the South wing on the right.
In order of visit, you will find by the North wing an independent kitchen-dining room, equipped with all the appliances necessary to make you feel at home (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, microwave, coffee maker, espresso bean, microwave, coffee maker, grain, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishwasher, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, TV and beer pump). In a row, an independent toilet, an independent shower room, a double bedroom (140) with baby bed and a double bedroom (160). The south wing gives access to the large living room and its fireplace (with wood available) and access to Fiber wifi. then in a row an independent toilet, an independent Italian shower room, a double bedroom (160) and a single passable bedroom (90). Upstairs you will have a master suite (160) with Italian shower room and toilet, and a double bedroom (140) with shower room. In the basement you will find a garage where you can secure your bikes, a laundry area (washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board) a table football and two additional fridge-freezers.
For maximum comfort, outdoor furniture, a gas griddle and a few deckchairs are available on the shaded terrace. You can park up to 3 vehicles in the basement of the garage and park your boat or jetski on the ground by another secure entrance facing the Villa.
