Discover the accommodation "La Bouline", a large family house from the 1970s located in Saint-Pabu, in the heart of northern Finistère, facing the ocean. Ideally situated by the sea, it offers direct access to the beach via a private staircase at the bottom of the garden. Perfect for family or friends reunions, the house can accommodate up to 12 people in a natural and peaceful setting. Enjoy a vast garden with a swing, a sunny terrace and a barbecue for your summer meals. Between swimming in the clear waters of the Aber Benoît, walks along the GR34 coastal path, water activities and tasting the famous local oysters, Saint-Pabu promises you a rejuvenating and authentic stay in Brittany.
Pass through the entrance door and discover a large living space comprising a pleasant lounge area, perfect for gathering in the evenings on the sofas and armchairs around the coffee table and television. Share your meals around the dining table for 12 people or prefer the one on the terrace on fine days. Further on is the kitchen, independent and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) which provides you with everything you need for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a toaster, a kettle and a cafetière.
Take the corridor leading to the sleeping area which consists of 4 bedrooms. The first is a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) and its en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second, perfect for children, has a bunk bed, a travel cot and games. The third is equipped with a single bed (70x190cm), the last has a Queen Size bed (160x200cm). All bedrooms have a sink, a mirror, a wardrobe, storage shelves and a French door providing access to the terrace. Two bathrooms with shower and two separate toilets complete the accommodation.
On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) as well as a large space fitted out with three single beds (90x190cm), a spare mattress, books, games and a desk.
For your comfort, a washing machine, a table and an iron are at your disposal.
A carport is at your disposal for parking a vehicle and storing bicycles. You will be able to park other vehicles along the hedge in front of the swing.
