This old house offers rooms in their original state with character thanks to its stone walls and ceiling beams that recall the charm of traditional, comfortable country houses with a touch of modernity.

This 200m2 house offers you a large living room with its sofa, television, and fireplace, as well as a large dining table to gather the whole family. You will also find an independent fully equipped kitchen with cooking plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, an Espresso coffee maker, cutlery, and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. You will discover two bedrooms equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and one with two single beds (90/190). A last bedroom is also equipped with a Queen Size bed and has its own private shower installed directly in the room. Another bathroom is accessible with its toilet, and there is also another bathroom with an antique bathtub and its toilet. A washing machine is also available.
The main asset of this accommodation is its exterior with a large garden and access to the river that runs at the foot of the house. A ping pong table is also available and you have access to the private pool (secured by an alarm) which is not heated, from June until the end of September.
