In the southwest of Vannes, close to the Quiberon peninsula, the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer and the famous menhirs of Carnac, lies the small commune of Saint-Philibert. A large house of 192m2, new with a lovely "seaside" decoration designed for 10 people (3 couples and 4 children for example) awaits you for beautiful family or friends holidays. You will have the pleasure of staying just 5 minutes walk from the first beach, a true privilege to refresh yourself this summer.

Surrounded by a half-enclosed garden and a beautiful wooden terrace of 36 m², the exterior is equally suitable for outdoor games and convivial meals prepared on the large gas plancha. And to relax in the sun, you will find six loungers.

The ground floor consists of a large living space with carefully designed decor. There you will find a large new American kitchen, arranged around a beautiful central island, allowing everyone to participate in preparing delicious little dishes. Very well equipped, you will find an induction hob, a refrigerator, a freezer, a traditional oven and a microwave oven. For your breakfasts, a toaster, a kettle and two coffee makers (filter and Nespresso pod) are at your disposal.

To savour the fruit of your labour behind the stoves, the dining room is furnished with a large wooden table and its armchairs, where everyone can take their place.

To relax or enjoy a good film, the TV lounge with its large sofas and armchairs invite you to make yourself comfortable.
A beautiful master suite, with its Queen size bed (160/200), its paddle decor, a desk and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, completes the ground floor.

The night space continues upstairs, with two "adult" bedrooms featuring Queen size beds (160/200). The first, with its driftwood headboard, has a large wardrobe, the second with its turquoise colour and soft rug also offers a small desk.
The last bedroom is certainly the most important, as it can accommodate 6 children! With its 4 bunk beds and 2 trundle beds, it is the dream dormitory for playing, telling stories, chatting far too late and creating magnificent holiday memories.
To avoid waiting for the shower, two bathrooms and a wet room with an Italian shower are also located on this level.

For more comfort, the house has 2 independent toilets, a hairdryer in each bathroom, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as a private outdoor parking space. You can also bring your bicycles and store them safely in the garage.
