Just a few steps from the banks of the Rance and 400 metres from the beach, this charming stone house of 77 m² welcomes you to Saint-Suliac for a rejuvenating stay with family or friends. Nestled in a calm and typically Breton environment, it can accommodate up to 6 people.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant garden with furniture, ideal for sharing enjoyable moments and savouring an aperitif in the sun after a day of discovery.
Inside, you will discover a warm and bright living space comprising a lounge with a sofa, a few armchairs and a television as well as a dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle, to cook as if you were at home.
On the night side, the house has 3 comfortable bedrooms upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80x190) that can be pushed together to form a Queen Size bed
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (80x200)
A bathroom with shower and hair dryer completes the accommodation.
The accommodation does not have a dedicated parking space, however public car parks are accessible 100 metres away.
