This renovated family house on one level is 105m² on a wooded, enclosed plot of 900 m². It has 4 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with single beds (recent mattresses) for a maximum capacity of 8 people.
The independent kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, filter and capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle). The dining room gives access to the garden and is equipped with a TV and WIFI connection (Fibre network). Two shower rooms complete the house.
For maximum comfort, a garden furniture set and a charcoal barbecue are installed on the large terrace shaded by an electric awning.
You can park up to three vehicles on the house's enclosed and secure plot.
