Located in a quiet area, a few steps from the town of Tharon-Plage (all shops, bars, restaurants, markets 100 m away) and only 600 m from the large beach of La Source.
This house, currently under renovation, is 54 m² on a single level on a closed, secure plot of land with no overlooking neighbours, measuring 480 m². It has two freshly painted bedrooms with a double bed 160 cm and a room with a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating 4 adults and 2 children.
The new kitchen (2025) is equipped with all the necessary household appliances to help you feel at home (double ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle). The living area has a large table, a sofa and a Fransat television. A small bathroom and an independent toilet complete the house.
For maximum comfort, the following are provided: a baby bathtub, garden furniture, a gas plancha, some sun loungers and parasols.
You will be able to secure your bicycles at the back of the house and park up to 2 cars free of charge in front.
