Don't tell anyone, the fishing areas of Tharon-Plage in Saint Michel are in the top 3 of the best sunset spots on the coastline, you will surely leave with the most beautiful holiday photos, the sun setting summer and winter in the sea facing the Villa,
Located facing the sea and the Comberge beach as well as the VélOcéan cycle path, La Villa Roy is a large charming house in a U-shape of 350m² on a closed and secure plot of over 2000m², capable of accommodating 12 guests.
It consists of an entrance with a dressing room and a sleeping area (90) hidden by a curtain, dividing the North wing to the left and the South wing to the right.
In the order of visit, you will find in the North wing an independent kitchen dining room, equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, grain espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, TV and beer pump). In a row, an independent WC, an independent bathroom, a double bedroom (140) with a baby bed and a double bedroom (160). The South wing gives access to the large living room and its fireplace (with wood available) and access to fibre WiFi. Then in a row an independent WC, an independent Italian-style bathroom, a double bedroom (160) and a passing single bedroom (90). Upstairs you will have a master suite (160) with an Italian-style bathroom and WC, and a double bedroom (140) with a bathroom. In the basement, you will find a garage where you can secure your bicycles, a laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer, table and ironing board) a table football and two additional fridge-freezers.
For maximum comfort, outdoor furniture, a gas plancha, and a few sun loungers are available on the shaded terrace. You can park up to 3 vehicles in the garage descent and park your boat or jet ski on the grounds via another secure entrance facing the Villa.
