On the ground floor, you will find a large living room equipped with a sofa and a stove, ideal for warming up in winter. A first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and a bathroom with a bathtub and an independent toilet. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a freezer, a toaster, crockery, and the necessary equipment for cooking. You will have access to the upstairs where you will discover the second bedroom with a Queen Size bed also with a shower room and an independent toilet. You will also have a space with a TV, games, as well as a desk and a library ideal if you wish to work remotely. A sofa bed is also available if you need additional sleeping accommodation. You will also find two terraces with furniture to enjoy to the fullest as well as an electric barbecue.
A parking space is available in front of the house.
For the safety of the property, an alarm with a camera is present in the living room facing the entrance door, but it is deactivated during rentals to preserve the privacy of the tenants.

The Sundhouse Place car park is the closest to the house. It offers free parking throughout the night all year round. Fees apply for daytime parking from mid-June to mid-September.
Parking on Boulevard Eugène le Roy, in front of the house, is free in January, February, March, November (from the 15th) and December. Outside of these periods, parking is paid from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7pm. It is free on Sundays and public holidays from 01/04 to 14/06 and from 16/09 to 15/11.

Ideal for 4 people, it offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay, as well as a small private terrace at the back to enjoy a moment of calm after your days of discovery. Whether you are history enthusiasts, hikers or food lovers, you will be delighted: stroll through the medieval streets, explore the Lascaux caves, admire the panoramas of the Marqueyssac gardens or let yourself be seduced by neighbouring villages like La Roque-Gageac or Domme.
Push open the entrance door and discover a living area of 30 m². The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave), provides you with everything you need to cook. For your breakfasts, you will also find a toaster, a kettle and a filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people or prefer the one on the terrace, in the fresh air. In the evening, gather in the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a television. A bathroom with shower and WC completes the ground floor.
