Choose this charming 180 m² house in Sarzeau. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, it is divided into 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it is the ideal accommodation for moments of sharing with family or friends less than a km from the beach!
At the entrance, its exposed stone lounge invites you to gather around the fireplace. (wood not provided) with a good cup of tea or coffee.
As for its very bright dining room, it invites you to meet up around a good simmered meal in its fully equipped kitchen (gas, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and espresso machine, kettle, juicer and raclette machine).
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, where you can get together, relax in the sun, play with the children and of course enjoy a good barbecue.
For maximum convenience, a parking space is reserved for you.

- in front of the Les Bigoudens creperie
- 60 m from the restaurant “Les Salines”
- 850 m from the “CeltAventures” theme park

Ravis de notre séjour à Penvins, commune de Sarzeau. La mer est accessible à 20mn à pieds, Sarzeau à 15mn de voiture, Arzon à 20mn en voiture. Nous étions 11, le logement est adapté à un si grand groupe tant en terme de salles de bains que d’équipsee more

Ravis de notre séjour à Penvins, commune de Sarzeau. La mer est accessible à 20mn à pieds, Sarzeau à 15mn de voiture, Arzon à 20mn en voiture. Nous étions 11, le logement est adapté à un si grand groupe tant en terme de salles de bains que d’équipements qui sont en nombre. Petits bémols cependant: l’inconfort des chaises de tables (qui sont des chaises pliantes), l’absence d’eau chaude dans la cuisine et le ménage laissant à désirer à certains endroits (poussières, surfaces, tâches). Malgré ces petits bémols, nous recommandons ce logement et le professionnalisme de l’agence de conciergerie qui nous a prodigué des conseils de visites et s’est montrée réactive! |
