Come to this charming house in Sarzeau, you will be here close to all amenities, and if you walk a few metres, you can swim at Saint-Jacques beach. This small beach of fine sand where you can sunbathe, but also enjoy and learn sailing or kayaking. Not far, the Saint-Jacques port is an ideal place to stroll in the late afternoon.
On returning from the beach after a good hot shower, you can enjoy the terrace by serving yourself a good drink and cooking good grilled meats on the barbecue.
The 60 m² house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. The main bedroom is ideal for parents, its light colours give it a serene atmosphere, the second will delight children or teenagers. The main room is well arranged, you can prepare your dishes in its well-equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, plunger coffee maker, toaster and kettle) and gather in the living dining room to play board games or watch a good film on TV.
For greater convenience, a parking space is reserved for you.
