Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, it's the ideal place to discover the Rhuys peninsula, take walks by the sea and savour local specialities.
Pass through the front door and discover a pleasant living space opening onto the terrace. This bright space includes a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker and all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals), a dining table for 5 people, as well as a comfortable lounge with sofa and wood-burning stove, ideal for convivial evenings with family or friends. Behind the kitchen, you will find a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet.
On the first floor, two bedrooms await you. The first, with a balcony and sea view, is equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm). The second has a single bed (90x190 cm). A bathroom with toilet is also located on this floor.
On the second floor, a third spacious bedroom offers a Queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a large skylight providing a superb view of the coast.
For your comfort, a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal throughout your stay.

Come and discover this charming house located on the Rhuys Peninsula, at only 300 metres from the beach. You will appreciate its garden and terraces, one of 20 m² facing west, and the other smaller one to the east behind the house with a "breakfast corner".
Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house can accommodate up to 5 travellers.
Upon arrival, you will discover the living space which brings together a kitchen, dining area and lounge. On the lounge side, you will find a bench seat and a television. The fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
