Come and spend a vacation in this beautiful bright house, with a large terrace fully equipped for unforgettable moments with family or friends. You are ideally located to discover the Rhuys peninsula. We recommend cycling: with all the marked and especially flat trails, go to Sarzeau and its charming city center, or to Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys with its daily markets. Unmissable, don't forget to go see a sunset on the Gulf side while enjoying oysters at the water's edge.
This 90 m² house located in Sarzeau has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Its garden is ideal for relaxing moments in fine weather and for enjoying good grilled food on summer evenings.
The interior of the house is very pleasant. The dining room invites you to gather around its table and share the dishes prepared in the well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, filter coffee maker and kettle). The living room, a cozy corner with a beautiful opening onto the garden, will allow you to take a nap in front of the TV.
In the evening, you can rest in one of the 3 bedrooms of the house, all with a peaceful atmosphere and double beds, offering an atmosphere conducive to a night's rest.
Finally, two shower rooms are available: the first in green tones and the second in neutral tones, then a separate WC is available on the ground floor.
For even more convenience, you will find a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, an ironing board. In addition, two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you.

L’équipement du logement est basique, meubles bas de gamme, pas de deco, meme pas une pelle et balayette, lits de 140, pour un couple c’est petit, et dans l’une des 3 chambres 2 lits d’1 personne seraient les bienvenus au lieu d’un lit de 140 a nouveau : ns avons du apporter un lit pliant !

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und der Strand ist in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung ist ausreichend, jedoch bei Rückenproblemen ist das Bett nicht zu Empfehlen. Alles in allem aber in Ordnung.
