Come to this charming house in Sarzeau, you will be here close to all amenities, and if you walk a few metres, you will be able to swim at Saint-Jacques beach. This small fine sand beach where you can laze about, but also enjoy and learn sailing or kayaking. Not far away, the Saint-Jacques harbour is an ideal place to stroll in the late afternoon.
After returning from the beach following a good hot shower, you can enjoy the terrace by pouring yourself a good glass and cooking some nice grilled meats on the barbecue.
The 60 m² house has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. The master bedroom is ideal for parents, its light colours give it a serene atmosphere, the second will delight children or teenagers. The main room is well arranged, you will be able to prepare your meals in its well-equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, cafetière, toaster and kettle) and find yourself in the lounge dining room playing board games or in front of a good film on the television.

For your convenience, a parking space is reserved for you.

The place can be perfect for large family or friends gatherings, it can accommodate up to 15 people if you rent the large neighbouring house (REF: 11422)
