Imagine yourself lounging on the terrace by the water during soft summer nights, preparing delicious meals in the kitchen or enjoying good nights' sleep in the bedrooms. With family or friends, it's the ideal place to get together!

This comfortable 180 m² accommodation has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. Within it, you will find two kitchens at your disposal, one equipped with a gas hob and the other with an electric hob. Refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, everything is designed so you won't lack for anything!
The strong point of this accommodation remains its exterior, however, with its (private) swimming pool and the terrace accompanied by its garden furniture, which only gives you one desire: to laze in the sun, not forgetting to cook a few items on the barbecue, in order to enjoy all of this over a convivial meal.

At your disposal: washing machine, iron, satellite TV, radio.

Welcome to this family holiday home located in Penvins, a charming district of Sarzeau. Ideally situated just 1 km from the beach and a stone's throw from shops and restaurants, it can accommodate up to 10 travellers (7 adults and 3 children). Fully equipped, it offers a large enclosed garden, a furnished terrace of 60 m² with outdoor furniture and a barbecue to share your meals outdoors. Swimming, water activities and seaside walks will punctuate your stay, it is the perfect starting point to discover the treasures of the Gulf of Morbihan.

Step through the front door and discover a beautiful living area of 35 m² with direct access to the terrace and garden. The modern, open and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to cook as at home. For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster, a Senseo machine as well as a filter coffee maker. Share your meals around the large table for 10 people or enjoy the terrace on fine days. In the evening, relax in the lounge area, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the television.

The house has 4 bedrooms:

- on the ground floor, a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm);
- upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm);
- a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm);
- a children's bedroom with three single beds (90x190 cm).

Two bathrooms with shower (one on the ground floor, the other upstairs) as well as two separate toilets complete the facilities.

For your comfort, you will have air conditioning throughout the accommodation as well as a washing machine, a travel cot and a high chair.

Finally, 3 private parking spaces are reserved for you to park your vehicles.

An electric vehicle charging point is also available to you for an additional fee to be set on site by the owner.
