Come and discover this charming house located on the Rhuys Peninsula, at only 300 metres from the beach. You will appreciate its garden and terraces, one of 20 m² facing west, and the other smaller one to the east behind the house with a "breakfast corner".

Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this house can accommodate up to 5 travellers.

Upon arrival, you will discover the living space which brings together a kitchen, dining area and lounge. On the lounge side, you will find a bench seat and a television. The fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfasts, a kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker are also at your disposal.

The dining area will allow you to gather around the table. You can also eat outside, taking advantage of the terrace and its furniture, even better for enjoying the good barbecue grills.

On the night side, the house has 3 bedrooms, two of which are upstairs:
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): equipped with a single bed
Bedroom 2: equipped with a double bed
Bedroom 3: equipped with a double bed and another double bed (130/180)

A bathroom with a bathtub, an outdoor shower and an independent toilet complete the accommodation. A washing machine, a tumble dryer and ironing facilities are at your disposal in the laundry room.

Enter through the entrance door and discover a pleasant living area with access to the terrace. The kitchen, open and modern (refrigerator, freezer, gas hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher), will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers (one filter and one Espresso).
