On the ground floor, you will find a separate kitchen equipped with: gas hobs, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and all the utensils you may need. You can gather around the large dining room table to enjoy a friendly moment while savouring delicious meals prepared by yourselves. The living room will invite you to relax in its large comfortable sofa and allow you to watch a film or follow a sporting event. This last room opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool.

On the first floor, you will find 3 double bedrooms (140x190) (one with an adjoining shower room), an independent toilet and an independent bathroom.
On the second floor, a large dormitory with 3 single beds (80x190) and 1 double bed (140x190), a shower room and adjoining toilet.

Outside, there is also a large outbuilding, used as a laundry room and billiards room, and a gravelled courtyard, closed for playing ping-pong and pétanque.

This large house, fully renovated in 2022, is tastefully decorated with typical Périgord furniture subtly mixed with contemporary decoration.
The pool is chlorinated and not heated. The pool measures 7 x 3.5m with a depth of 2m. It is available from June to September and is equipped with an immersed alarm.
