Between outdoor meals, moments of relaxation and getaways to nearby beaches, enjoy a stay combining charm and modernity.

Inside, you will discover a pleasant living space flooded with light, designed for sharing convivial moments. The open-plan kitchen overlooking the lounge creates a warm and functional space, ideal for preparing your meals whilst enjoying time with your loved ones. Fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and 2 filter coffee makers and Nespresso), it has everything you need to cook as if you were at home. The cosy lounge, with its comfortable sofa and television, invites you to relax after a day of discovering Pays Bigouden or returning from the beach.

On the night side, the house is fitted with 4 bedrooms upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: master suite with a Queen size bed (160x200) and a shower room.
- Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: Queen size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (90x190)

A second shower room and a separate WC complete the floor. For your comfort, you have a second WC on the ground floor, a washing machine in the garage and an outdoor shower.

- For young children, you will find a travel cot and a high chair. Warning: The pond in the garden is not secure.
- This furnished property is equipped with wi-fi.
- This furnished property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
- Pets are accepted in this rental (1 pet maximum per stay).
- You can store your bicycles in the garage and park your car on the street.
- The tourist tax is added to the rental amount and must be paid before your stay.

Household linen is offered as an option, depending on your desired comfort level. Ordered linen is provided upon your arrival for the entire duration of your stay, with no possibility of replacement, and cleaning during your stay is outside our scope of services.

The accommodation does not have a socket specially designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and instead use a dedicated charging point.
