Discover this superb family home of 250m² offering an unobstructed view over a large garden and its private swimming pool (open from 1st May to 28th September). Spacious and perfectly equipped, it can accommodate up to 12 people for a memorable stay between nature and relaxation, just a few minutes from the beaches and iconic sites of the Emerald Coast.
Outside the house, enjoy a large wooded garden, with outdoor furniture and a private swimming pool. Perfect for enjoying beautiful days, all in a privileged, calm and verdant setting.
Enter the house and discover a beautiful reception area with storage for coats and shoes.
On the left of the entrance, going down two steps, discover a vast living room bathed in light thanks to a large bay window overlooking the garden and swimming pool. This space is designed for gathering, relaxing, or watching a film thanks to the available video projector.
The room then extends to a large independent kitchen, perfectly equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle... with a friendly dining table. Two doors provide direct access to the outdoor terrace, ideal for enjoying beautiful days.
On the other side of the entrance are separate toilets, then a large bedroom equipped with a double bed (160x200), numerous wardrobes and a private bathroom including shower, bathtub, WC and two washbasins. A staircase in this bedroom leads to a mezzanine with two single beds (90x190), ideal for children.
When climbing the main staircase, you arrive on the first floor where you will find 2 rooms, each with a Queen-Size bed (160x200) and its private bathroom with shower and WC. You will also find a third room with two single beds (90x190) and a shared bathroom with a bathtub.
On the second floor, you will discover a beautiful master bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200) and a private bathroom with shower and WC.
A separate WC is located on the first floor near the staircase.
For added convenience, you will also have access to a large laundry room on the ground floor with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and will also have an outdoor parking space (possible to park two small cars or one large car) just in front of the house.
The house is located right next to the village church, which contributes to the charm of the environment. Noise disturbances remain very limited, as no mass or ceremony takes place during the week: only those on Sunday, and only in certain weeks, may occasionally cause some bell sounds.
