Welcome to Trévou-Treguinec, a quiet village located 10 minutes from the seaside resort of Perros-Guirec & Ploumanac'h, France's favourite village in 2015. Discover this charming family home that can accommodate 5 people, close to the sea and Trestel beach. It opens its doors to you for unforgettable moments in the region: between swimming, relaxation and surfing sessions.
The interior has been carefully arranged for your comfort. The lounge is ideal for sharing a friendly aperitif by the stove or relaxing in front of a film or sporting event. The dining room, meanwhile, invites you to gather around its large table to share delicious meals with family or friends.
In the independent kitchen, you will have all the necessary equipment to prepare your meals: a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and Senseo, a toaster, a kettle and all the utensils you may need. For added comfort, it also has a washing machine.
The bathroom with shower and toilet is also located on the ground floor, and will allow you to relax after a long day of activity.
On the night side, you will find on the upper floor a first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a second bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200).
On the practical side, the house has a private outdoor parking space right in front of the house.
