It features a large enclosed garden, ideal for families, as well as a 50 m² terrace with a barbecue to fully enjoy beautiful summer evenings. Perfectly located in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, it offers an ideal starting point for exploring the region. Between sea, nature, and relaxation, everything is gathered for unforgettable holidays in Northern Brittany.

Push open the entrance door and discover a large 40 m² living space, warm and bright. You can share your meals around the dining table for 8 people or prefer the terrace table, ideal for beautiful days. In the evening, relax in one of the two living room areas, each equipped with sofas, coffee table and one of them with a television. The kitchen, independent, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to cook just like at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a Senseo, a kettle and a toaster.

The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a storage wardrobe. Upstairs, a large master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) awaits you, along with two smaller bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be brought together to form a double bed.

Two bathrooms with hair dryer, shower, and toilet are available on the ground floor.

For more comfort, a washing machine located in the laundry room is at your disposal.

Finally, you will be able to park up to two vehicles in the private courtyard of the accommodation.
